In the event of a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Here’s the craic with returns – we don’t accept returns, sorry. However, if you have been sent the wrong product or your item arrived damaged, we are happy to resolve this for you by refund or exchange. Items sent back to us as a return, without a previous arrangement, will not be accepted.
