Shipping Policy

UK orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail, 2nd Class, ‘Signed For’. Please allow at least 5 working days for your order to arrive.

International orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail Tracked. Allow 15 to 21 working days for your order to arrive. Unfortunately, international shipping isn’t cheap. However, the tracked service allows us to ensure your item is safely delivered and provides up to £50 compensation. 

Republic of Ireland orders will be fulfilled by Royal Mail Standard International. Please allow at least 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Small items up to 100g will be shipped by standard post in all shipping zones.

Your order will be posted within 3 days of purchase.

Damages or Loss

In the unfortunate event of damaged or lost items, email us and we will resolve this. If orders go astray, we have to allow time for it to be returned to us before we can replace or refund the item.

Checkpoint Charlie is not responsible for international customs fees.
